Nuthin but a hounddog

The Monkey Playing Cymbals intercepted a comment that must have been intended for me yesterday. It was a request of sorts:

Well, Tim "Snake Eyes" Elvis,

We stumbled across your site when searching for "carnival towel animals." We were pleasantly surprised to find your addition of the "hanging monkey" to the list. We are very sorry about the lightbulb. Those carnival mofo's!!! (They also refused to change my lightbulb...what is wrong with them?!?).

Now we see you have many blogs, how fabulous for us.

We, too, LOVE (L-O-V-E LOVE) to superimpose our heads onto the bodies of animals and computerized characters (ancient kings, etc.). Let's share secrets? Keep in touch? Who's your FAVORITE thing to be the head of? We LOVE you as the snake. ssslllliitthheerr!!!

Please write back to us. Make a post about us and we will respond. Dooo it, Tim Elvis. Do it.

PS Maybe put your head on a chihuahua?

LOVE,
Tia and Cara (please reference us in next post. Thanx.
Okay, I don't normally take requests. Plus I think Tia and Cara may fall into the CUI category. But what they hey. If I can put my face on a quesidilla, how hard could a chihuahua be?

But personally I prefer the pug.

As for "Who's your FAVORITE thing to be the head of," I'm going to ignore the Freudian implications and assume you mean what is the favorite thing I've Photoshopped my face onto. I could suggest a vanilla ice cream cone, but that could only set off the revolting peasants again. So I will have to say a timber wolf.

Hey, it took an incredible amount of talent to create the ultimate nightmare ice-cream cone! You put the triffids, the dalyks, and the 50 foot woman to shame! I'd say you should be proud, but I know you already are.....grin.

I'm not at all surprised that you've been discovered by another group of like minded bloggers who like to place things on top of other things better than anybody else. Rock on!

wierd. I just posted about a dog named Elvis and a chihuahua. read this and had to go back and correct my spelling of chihuahua (thank you) and link.

curious to see if your visitors will be back... no way they can equal your face photoshopping. no way.

Tia & Cara's suggestions of the chihuahua (rat dog) was a bit misguided. Pug is definately better.

Glad you steered clear of the ice cream cone - but maybe if it was Baskin-Robbins "Wild 'N Reckless" (Swirl of green apple, blue raspberry and fruit punch sherbets) you could have avoided a calamity!

My favourite to date is the gnome ... but my question is, have you done a Mona Lisa yet??

Cheers, JP

M. Yeah, let's just hope they don't ask me to join a team blog called Freedom's Face.

Whitesnake, A Koala...I like that. Everybody loves a Koala.

Hayden,
Elvis and a chihuahua. Cosmic. I suppose if they do challenge me to a Photoshop duel we could have a face off.

JP.
I like pugs. And I've laid off desserts. But I have done the Mona Lisa. It's not for the faint of heart: http://www.nwlink.com/~timelvis/2006/04/upside-down.html

I'd kinda like to see you grafted onto that naked Arnold Schwarzenegger picture.

Those dog things--what's with the brown noses? What have they been doing???

Whitesnake,
If I can just figure out this time space continum thing I will catch up.

Kristy, Nastier than usual I see. The noses are black, not brown. But you are the volunteer in west dog butt, you tell me.

Lights, Commenting Under the Influence. Hayden and I made it up. And it has been a long time since someone called me Tim Elvis. The old posts still have that as my ID.
