Elvis Tree (the video)
For several years now, it has been a tradition at our house to put up two trees, a normal one and my Elvis tree. This year I was able to introduce my daughter to the tradition and she loved it. So without further ado, ladies and gentlemen...
This year i decided to have a traditional tree and a "florida" tree ... complete with flamingo lights & ornaments, lizards, palm trees and flip-flops. i added some shells too .... for garland.
My son LOVES the Florida tree ... and that is the one I have in my house ... the traditional one is on the porch.
EM will ADORE having 2 trees! I know I wish i had done it sooner!

Hayden, Thanks, EM is the best gift we could have this holiday. But what do you mean "eccentric family tradition?" Don't you have an Elvis tree?
Shandi, It gets better every year...well...eventually I'm going to have to find a new artificial tree, but the sentiment gets better. Plus eBay continues to be a great supply of Elvis ornaments.
We are enjoying Christmas through EM's eyes, though. They are much brighter than mine :)
Kristy, She was sneaky about touching the ornaments as you can see from the video. But she essentially calls the shots around dad.
Blazngfyre, The Florida tree sounds great. I'm suprised Elvis didn't hang out in Florida. You should post a video.
